InspoStitch Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at InspoStitch!
We use Printify for our print-on-demand services, which means all products are unique and produced specifically for your order. As a result, we have a specific return policy that we ask you to review before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
This includes:
- Ordering the wrong size or color.
- "Buyer’s remorse" (simply changing your mind).
- Minor color differences between the product image on screen and the physical product.
To help you make the right choice, we strongly encourage you to:
- Review all product descriptions carefully.
- Consult the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.
If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us first.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We want you to love your order! In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
To report an issue:
- Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us within [Insert Your Timeframe, e.g., 14 or 30] days of receiving your order.
- Provide Photo Evidence: Include clear photos of the damage or defect. This is required by our print provider to process a claim and avoid the need to return the item physically.
- Include Order Details: Provide your order number and any other relevant information.
Once we verify the issue, we will work with Printify to get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You typically do not need to return the defective product.
3. Packages Lost in Transit
If your order seems to be lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us. We will work with our print provider to investigate the matter with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we may arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
4. How to Initiate a Request
To start a return or report an issue, please reply to your order confirmation email or use our Contact Us Page and include your order number and details of the issue.
